We hope that you love all of your purchases from Kismet Boutique. However, we do understand that not every purchase works out and we are happy to offer STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE within 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise. After this time, the item will not be eligible for return.

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:

Returned merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed
Returned merchandise must have no stains of any kind.
Returned merchandise must have all tags still attached
Footwear must be in the original box without any shipping labels attached
Shipping & handling charges are not refundable
Sale items, jewelry and intimates / hosiery are FINAL SALE
Seasonal Items are a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged
Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receipt of your order. Please email us at shop@kismetlg.com with photos of any damage.
