Refund policy

We hope that you love all of your purchases from Kismet Boutique.  However, we do understand that not every purchase works out, we are happy to offer STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE within 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise. After this time, the item will not be eligible for return.

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:

  • Returned merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Returned merchandise must have no make-up, stains or smells of any kind.
  • Returned merchandise must have all tags still attached.
  • Footwear must be in the original box without any shipping labels attached.
  • Shipping & handling charges are not refundable
  • Sale items, seasonal, jewelry, body products, perfumes, candles and intimates / hosiery are FINAL SALE
  • Gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 2 day of receipt of your order. Please email us at shop@kismetlg.com with photos of any damage.

Once we have received your return, please allow 3 days for us to process your store credit or exchange. You will be issued a store credit via e-mail which will be a gift card code
